If you would like to exchange a product for any reason you are able to do so. Your return must be despatched within seven working days from receiving the delivery. Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will issue a store credit. Shipping costs on returned goods are at the expense of the customer.
We have a 30 day return policy for any faulty items. Once we receive the item we will look in to the fault. At our discretion we will deem the item faulty. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been adhered to you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty. If your item is found to be faulty, we issue a store credit. Shipping fees are non refundable.
